It can range. A total website re-work, which is most site work that we do is $5,000 (usually no more, no less). We only charge less if you only need a re-designed homepage + an automated site build and nothing more (no brand work, no Impactful SEO, no luxury area pages, etc), which we then charge less. A demo is usually needed to discover your real needs. We only charge more than $5,000 when the work becomes incredibly extensive, such as multi state MLS websites or sites that need work outside of our scope (videography, cinematography, high quality backlinking).

Questions to ask yourself: Is this a new site you are building? Do you need a brand refresh? Is this going to be your main lead generation site? Is it supplemental to business you already generate on another site? Does your site already garner a lot of traffic?

Answers to these questions will help. Typically, most agents need a user journey re-design, helpful content SEO, and a brand lift at minimum.

We build foundational SEO across all websites that we build. Yes. This includes helpful content which is a big algorithmic metric for Google, user experience design, user journey building, blogging, & much more (depending on your needs)

Outside of what Real Geeks will always charge you (~$300 per month), there are no monthly fees with design services.

Only longterm SEO packages have monthly fees.

Placing your deposit gets you in our due date queue. As long as you finish the necessary homework we give you in time (Google Forms, granting us site access on your Real Geeks website) — we typically take no longer than 4-6 weeks to complete your site.

Any issue caused by us will be taken care of free of charge forever. If you caused a break — we typically still fix it free unless you caused some big damage. We backup all of your site so we typically can restore it!

Our competition tends to only focus on re-designed homepages strictly and sell them as complete site packages. We design out the entire website and focus on elements on all pages, not just the homepage.

Aside from that, we focus on building brands instead of just site building (automated page creation). So you are going to get a much more custom tailored approach to your vision with more flexibility with us.
